Sherra joined the SLCT team in 2011 bringing inspiration, positive attitude, and compassionate heart-centered approach into the classroom. Sherra teaches with a full & open heart that creates deep & purposeful conversations, which supports our students to fully embrace their authentic selves.
Sherra has touched the lives of 100’s of individuals from adolescents to elders by empowering and supporting them to live their best life through her coaching practice – Me Empowerment. Sherra reaches out into the community by speaking and teaching many Pacific Northwest companies and non-profit organizations.

Level 1
Foundations of Coaching
This 20-Hour course teaches you the foundations of transformational coaching. Level 1 consists of Course Module 1.

We assist our students in connecting to their intuition, higher power, and their inner knowing. You will receive unparalleled life coach training, find your voice, and show up in the world in a different, more powerful way. Upon successful completion of the Life Coach training program, you will earn a life coach certification. This 120-hour Life Coach training program covers all the core competencies outlined by both the ICF and the IAC. Seattle Life Coach Training (SLCT) is recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the International Association of Coaching (IAC) and fully prepares our students to become a member and then begin the ACC or PCC certification pathways if they choose.
Level 2
Core Strategies for Coaching
This 80-Hour course teaches you 25 skills and tools that will support your successful coaching business, and will evolve you in your personal and professional development. Level 2 consists of Course Modules 2, 3, 4 and 5.
